A multilingual corporate website was developed for Velmora Yapı to present residential projects, apartment types and sales processes through a premium visual experience while keeping all business-critical content manageable from an admin panel. The system includes dynamic project portfolios, project detail pages, apartment plans, office information, sales requests and contact messages backed by a PostgreSQL database. Turkish and English content support, SEO infrastructure, media management, drag-and-drop ordering and a responsive interface were implemented to create a scalable platform suitable for real client use.

01

Problem

A conventional real estate website built around static pages would quickly become difficult to maintain as new residential projects, apartment types and sales content were added. The sales team needed a centralized system for managing project statuses, apartment plans, media, office information and customer enquiries without depending on a developer for every update, while preserving a premium and responsive brand experience.

02

Solution

A multilingual corporate platform was developed for Velmora Yapı using ASP.NET Core MVC and PostgreSQL, with all key business content managed through a custom admin panel. Projects, project galleries, project features, location information, apartment types, offices and project-apartment relationships were made fully dynamic. Turkish and English content can be managed through a tabbed editing experience, while projects, galleries, apartment types and office locations support drag-and-drop ordering. Sales and contact forms were connected to persistent database workflows. Media uploads use S3-compatible object storage, while the application is deployed on Vercel with PostgreSQL and object storage infrastructure provided by Neon.

03

Outcome

The final product became more than a corporate showcase website: it is a complete real estate web platform where project content, apartment types, media and customer enquiries can be managed from a single admin panel. New projects can be added, featured and reordered without developer intervention. With multilingual support, responsive design, SEO infrastructure and centralized media management, Velmora Yapı now has a scalable foundation suitable for real client use and future portfolio growth.
